Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the services provided by Retina Care Rentals, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all of these terms, do not use our services.

2. Rental Agreement

All rentals are subject to availability. By placing an order, you agree to rent the equipment for the duration specified in your order. Rental periods can be extended upon request and subject to additional fees.

3. Equipment Use and Care

The customer is responsible for the proper use and care of the rented equipment. The equipment must be used only for its intended purpose (face-down recovery following retina surgery).

• Equipment must be kept clean and in a smoke-free environment.
• Customers are responsible for any damage beyond normal wear and tear.
• Missing parts or instructions must be reported immediately upon delivery.

4. Delivery and Pickup

We provide delivery and pickup services within our designated service areas. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that someone is available to receive or return the equipment at the scheduled time.

5. Liability

Retina Care Rentals is not liable for any injuries, losses, or damages resulting from the use or misuse of the rented equipment. Customers should consult with their healthcare provider regarding the use of such equipment for their specific recovery needs.

6. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled delivery are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee. Once equipment has been delivered, no refunds will be issued for early returns.

7. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
